Assistant Dispatcher

Erwin Electric, Inc is currently seeking a Service Department Dispatcher in the Tampa Bay Area.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in scheduling and dispatching crews efficiently
- Communicate with technicians and customers regarding job updates
- Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and provide real-time support
- Work closely with the Dispatch Manager to optimize daily operations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a busy office environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to remain calm and adaptable under pressure
- Experience in scheduling, dispatching, or logistics (preferred but not required)
- Proficiency in computer systems and scheduling software (training provided)
- Customer service experience is required
- Spanish-English bilingual is a plus but not required
- $18-$22 per hour, 40-hour work week
