Erwin Electric, Inc. has been a trusted electrical contractor in Tampa Bay since 1997. We are a W/MBE and DBE certified electrical contractor performing commercial, industrial, and government electrical projects throughout the region.
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman to support a major transit facility project involving microgrid systems and duct bank installation. This role requires a foreman-level electrician who can lead crews, coordinate complex site power installations, and ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise commercial electrical crews
- Coordinate installation of duct banks, underground raceways, and site power infrastructure
- Support installation of microgrid and advanced electrical distribution systems
- Ensure work complies with NEC, OSHA, Florida Building Code, and Davis-Bacon requirements
- Read and execute electrical plans, specifications, and schedules
- Maintain productivity, quality, and safety on site
Qualifications
- 10+ years commercial electrical experience
- 3+ years in a Foreman or Lead Electrician role
- Experience with duct bank installation, site utilities, or infrastructure projects preferred
- Experience with microgrid or distributed power systems preferred
- Experience on Davis-Bacon / prevailing wage projects preferred
- Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
Compensation
- $36–$38/hr on standard commercial projects
- Higher compensation when working on Davis-Bacon / prevailing wage projects
