We are a W/MBE and DBE-certified electrical contracting corporation experienced in commercial, industrial, residential, and government work. Erwin Electric, Inc is currently seeking a Service Department Dispatcher in the Tampa Bay Area.
Job Description:
The Dispatcher's primary duty will be to establish and maintain the work schedules of the electrical technicians. You will communicate with customers to ensure quality customer service regarding scheduling, follow-up, and ensuring all required information and updates are provided to the customers as well as all relevant in-house personnel. You will also communicate with the technicians to ensure they are moving according to schedule, take any issues into consideration, and record them for future reference.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls, and schedule service or estimates as needed.
- Utilize Service Fusion and Quickbooks to enter/update customer data and create detailed and accurate job descriptions.
- Communicate daily with service techs and service department managers to ensure the best possible customer service and the most efficient scheduling.
- Attend weekly service department meetings (Monday & Friday at 7 AM)
- Work closely with management to increase service department revenue.
- Follow up with customers to make sure they were pleased with our service. Ask customers to submit positive reviews online.
Key Skills Required:
- Be friendly and personable with exceptional phone skills.
- Be highly organized and efficient with excellent attention to detail.
- Have strong computer skills, Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Resourceful and solution-oriented.
- Customer Service: 4 years (Preferred)
- Office Administration: 5 years (Preferred)
Schedule:
- Monday & Friday – 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Tues – Thurs – 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Compensation
- $18-$24 per hour
